Ferozepur, Aug 30 (PTI) A routine lottery purchase turned into a life-changing windfall for Punjab Police constable Gurpreet Singh, who won the Rs 7-crore first prize in the Punjab State Dear Rakhi Bumper draw.
The 28-year-old, a resident of Malwal Qadeem village, is currently posted on ‘112’ emergency helpline duty in Ferozepur.
