Says, Baba-e-Qoum’s Vision Should Shape Our Path Ahead
Srinagar, Dec 5 (KNC): National Conference Member of Parliament Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi on Friday paid heartfelt homage to Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah on his 120th birth anniversary, highlighting the late leader’s enduring struggle for justice, dignity, and the political rights of the people of Jammu & Kashmir.
In a post on X, office of MP Ruhullah, as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC wrote, that Sheikh Abdullah’s political legacy represents unwavering courage, determination, and a deep commitment to public welfare.
Ruhullah stated that Sheikh Sahib dedicated his entire life to resisting oppression and dismantling systems that exploited ordinary citizens. His leadership, he added, reflected the collective hopes and identity of the people of Jammu & Kashmir.
He further stressed that it is the duty of the present generation to safeguard these principles and continue the mission that Sheikh Abdullah and his companions pursued with sacrifice and sincerity.
Ruhullah said the day should reinforce a collective pledge toward unity, justice, and democratic rights, ensuring that Baba-e-Qoum’s ideals remain a guiding force for generations to come. (KNC)
