Srinagar, November 11:
The Jammu and Kashmir Tourism and Allied Businesses Forum (JKTABF), led by its Chairman Mushtaq Chaya, has strongly condemned the recent explosion at Delhi’s Red Fort, describing it as a tragic and inhuman act that has shaken the conscience of the nation.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Chaya expressed profound sorrow and sympathy for the innocent victims, extending heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and prayers for the speedy recovery of those injured. He said the tourism and business fraternity of Jammu and Kashmir stands in solidarity with the affected families and the people of India in this hour of grief.
Terming the incident an attack on the very fabric of peace and harmony that India stands for, Chaya urged authorities to ensure that those responsible are brought to justice at the earliest and called for strengthened security measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
He appealed to citizens across the country to remain united and composed, emphasizing that peace, compassion, and solidarity form the foundation of a strong and resilient nation. No act of terror, he said, can weaken the collective resolve to uphold humanity and brotherhood.
The statement concluded with prayers for the departed souls and for courage and patience to the bereaved families during this difficult time.
