Srinagar: President World Fitness Federation Jammu and Kashmir Ishtiyaq Ahmad Khan extended warm greetings to the people on the occasion of Eid-Ul-Fitr.
“Eid-ul-Fitr is a time of joy and celebration, marking the end of holy month of Ramadan. On this occasion ,I am greeting people of Jammu and Kashmir and rest of the world. Let this festival strengthen the brotherhood among all faiths,” he said.
“It is the opportunity for us to come together ,express gratitude for the blessings in our lives and renew our commitment to compassion , kindness and generosity,” he added.
Khan who is also a fitness guru urged people to take care of their health by adopting healthy lifestyle. “Everyone should live a disciplined life by giving up junk food and consume healthy and fresh food. Our health is a gift from almighty and everyone should take care of it,” he said.
