Srinagar, Dec 28: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha inaugurated the 5th edition of the Kashmiri Pandit Premier League (KPPL) today, marking a significant milestone in the cricketing community of Jammu.
The LG expressed his joy in witnessing the participation of around two dozen.
