Srinagar, Dec 2: In a landmark development for religious travel in the Union Territory, Jammu and Kashmir has been granted its first-ever private Hajj quota of 750 seats, with Labaika Haj and Umrah Services emerging as the sole Category I operator for the 2025 Hajj pilgrimage.

The official list reveals a diverse ecosystem of Hajj Group Operators (HGOs):

  • 1 Company in Category I
  • 9 Companies in Category II
  • 4 New Applicant Companies
