KTA welcomes new DC Srinagar

Srinagar, Jan 10; In a warm reception, the Kashmir Trade Alliance (KTA) extended a hearty welcome to the newly appointed Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Srinagar, Dr. Bilal Mohiuddin Bhat, as he assumed charge.
