Srinagar: The Federation of Chambers of Industries Kashmir (FCIK) has expressed profound shock and outrage over the horrific explosion that occurred at Chandni Chowk near Red Fort in New Delhi, resulting in the tragic loss of 13 innocent lives and injuries to more than a score of others.

“On behalf of the entire industrial fraternity of Kashmir, FCIK strongly condemns this cowardly and inhuman act of terror aimed at disturbing peace and spreading fear among citizens. Violence in any form stands in absolute contradiction to the values of humanity and civilized coexistence,” reads the FCIK statement.

The industrial community of Kashmir stands in complete solidarity with the bereaved families who have lost their dear ones in this tragedy. FCIK prays to Almighty for granting them strength and patience to bear this irreparable loss and for the speedy recovery of all those injured.

Reiterating that peace and stability are indispensable for national progress and prosperity, FCIK appeals to both the Central Government and State Governments to work in close coordination to ensure the safety and security of citizens across the country. A proactive, collaborative approach between security and intelligence agencies is essential to prevent such tragic incidents in the future.

FCIK joins the nation in mourning this painful loss and calls for unity, vigilance, and resilience against all forms of extremism and violence.
