Jammu, Feb 23 (GNS): A drone was found inside the campus of G D Goenka Public School on Monday morning, officials said.
They told GNS that the unmanned aerial device was first noticed around 8:00 am by security guard while he was on routine duty. “He immediately informed the school authorities, who subsequently alerted the police,” they said.
“A team from Domana Police Station reached the spot soon after receiving the information and secured the area,” they said, adding the drone was taken into custody for examination.
Officials said the device is being analysed to determine its origin and purpose. “The drone is under technical scrutiny, and necessary legal procedures are being followed,” they further said.
