Srinagar, Nov 22 (KNC): A coordinated multi-agency mock exercise was carried out at Jammu Airport to assess the operational readiness and emergency response capability of various security and support agencies, officials said.
As per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC that the drill witnessed joint participation of CISF, Special Operations Group (SOG) of J&K Police, Indian Air Force, Airports Authority of India (AAI), J&K Fire & Emergency Services, GMC medical team, AAI Fire Services, and the CISF BDDS & Dog Squad.
The official said the exercise was aimed at strengthening inter-agency coordination, evaluating standard response procedures and enhancing preparedness for real-time emergency situations at the airport. (KNC)
