Srinagar, Nov 10: A delegation of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Jammu and Kashmir, led by Archit Puri, Chairman CII J&K UT Council met with Inderjeet, MD JKSIDCO.
A statement issued to The Biz Reporter said that the meeting focused on addressing various critical issues related to industrial development and ease of doing business in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
During the discussions, the delegation raised concerns regarding the extension of provisional registration to industrial units under the New Policy. CII J&K UT Council also Suggested a working mechanism to be put in place between JK SIDCO, Power Department & Pollution Control Board .
In response, Inderjeet acknowledged the importance of resolving these pressing issues faced by the industrial sector. He assured that department would take proactive steps to address these challenges faced by industries. He asked the delegation to bring to his notice any issues or concerns being faced on ground and assured action will be taken on merit.
