Srinagar, Sep 11: Srinagar MP Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi has confirmed casting his vote in favour of the INDIA Bloc’s Vice Presidential candidate, clarifying that the decision was driven by ideology and not by any party directive.

In a statement shared by his office on X, the MP said: “Hon’ble MP Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi did not receive any communication from the party about this matter. However, it was an obvious ideological choice and decision, therefore he cast his vote in favour of the candidate of the INDIA Bloc.”
